The following general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as ‘general conditions’), discipline the use of this internet site (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Site’) of Meridionali Legumi Srl (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Company’). By using the Site, the user gives his/her consent to the General Conditions; therefore, if the user does not accept in full or in part the General Conditions, the company invites not to use the Site and avoid downloading any material therefrom. Furthermore, for the use of some of the Site’s services (hereinafter referred to as ‘services’) the registration of the user may be necessary in accordance with the instructions and guidance provided in the Site.
Handling of personal user’s data will comply with the Privacy Policy published in the Site, which the user is invited to consult.
Limit of use
The content of the Site is under the copyright of the Company. All rights are reserved. The content of the pages of the Site cannot be – neither in full nor in part – copied, reproduced, transferred, downloaded, published or distributed in any form or kind without the prior consent of the Company, with the exception of storing them in one’s own computer, or printing extracts of the pages of the Site for personal use only. The trademark, logo and the material published in the Site are ownership of the Company. Law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by the Italian law. The Court of Naples, Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction and competence for any controversies related to these conditions. Nonetheless, the Company reserves the right, as deemed necessary, to take legal action at tribunals of other countries or cities other than Italy or Naples, in order to protect its interests and have its rights enforced.

Meridionali legumi Srl, based in AREA P.I.P. Località Sepano – 80027 Frattamaggiore (NA) as owner of the processing of personal data in accordance with the relevant Italian legislation for what concerns the processing of personal data (the National Legislation) and the EU Directive 679/2016 – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (hereinafter both the National Legislation and the GDPR shall be referred to as ‘Applicable Legislation’), recognizes the importance of data protection and considers their protection as one of the main goal of its activity.
Before communicating any personal data, Meridionali Legumi Srl invites to carefully read this privacy policy (Privacy Policy) as it contains important information on the protection of personal data and on the security measures adopted to guarantee their confidentiality in compliance with the Applicable Legislation. Furthermore, this Privacy Policy:
- is valid for the site lugumischioppi.com only (the Site), whereas it is not applicable to other website consulted through external links; it is to be intended as information provided pursuant to art. 13 of the Applicable Legislation to those interacting with the Site.
Meridionali Legumi Srl informs you that handing of your personal data shall be based on the principles of legality, correctness, transparency, limitation of purpose and storage, minimization of data, exactness, integrity and confidentiality.
